In section 23 ADSp, these limit the legal liability for freight damages in accordance with § 431 HGB for damages in the freight forwarder's custody to EUR 5.00/kg, in the case of multi-modal transports including maritime carriage to 2 SDR/kg and above and beyond this per claim to EUR 1 million or EUR 2 million or 2 SDR/kg, depending on which amount is higher.
