Data protection declaration

We, Spedition Nuber GmbH, take the safety of your personal data very seriously and comply strictly with the rules contained in the applicable data protection legislation. Any personal data you share with us will be collected, saved and used in accordance with the rulings of the Federal Data Protection Act and the German Telemedia Act.

The following declaration provides you with an overview of how we provide this protection, and what types of data are collected and for what purposes.

Collecting, processing and use of your data and personal data

In general it is possible for you to visit our website without sharing any personal information about yourself. Spedition Nuber GmbH will automatically collect and save information in your Server Log Files that is transmitted to us by your browser. This includes the browser type/version, operating system used, referrer URL (the last page visited previously), host name of the accessing computer (IP address), time of the server request.

This data will be used solely for the purpose of improving our offering and will not be traceable back to you. However, if you use our contact form then it is in principle possible for us to establish a link from your IP address to your personal information.

However, we do not combine the information from the Server Log Files with other data sources. The Server Log Files are deleted immediately after statistical analysis. We will only collect, process and use personal data that you have shared with us voluntarily, for example by using our contact form.

Without your express approval we will only use the data shared by you for the purpose of dealing with the request you sent us when you made contact. Once your request has been complete dealt with, your data will be blocked so that they cannot be used for any other purposes and deleted once all of the tax and commercial law regulations have been satisfied, unless you have granted express approval for further use of your data.

Your personal data will not be passed on to third parties without your approval. However, we are entitled in individual cases to provide information about your data to the relevant authorities if they request your data for the purpose of fulfilling their legal powers (e.g. law enforcement). Under no circumstances will the personal data we have collected from you be sold to third parties.

Use of cookies

So-called cookies are used at various points on our web pages. They serve to make our offering more user-friendly, more effective and safer. Cookies are small text and image files that are downloaded to your computer and saved by your browser. Most of the cookies we use will be automatically deleted at the end of your visit (so-called Session Cookies).

Other cookies may remain on your computer and enable us to recognise your computer the next time you visit our site and to reduce the loading times for our website (so-called persistent cookies). Cookies will not cause any harm to your computer and do not contain viruses.

Right to information

According to the Federal Data Protection Act, you have a right to obtain, free of charge, information about the personal data saved about you, along with information about the origin and recipient of the data and the purpose of data processing, as well as, if applicable, the right to have this data corrected, blocked or deleted.

We will, at your request, provide you free of charge with full information about the data stored about you or your company, correct, block or delete your data, or gladly answer any questions you may have about how your data is collected, saved and used. Withdrawal of consent

Once you have given us your consent to make contact, you can withdraw this consent at any time with effect for the future. To do this, please send an e-mail to info@nuber.de or an informal letter via post to Spedition Nuber GmbH, Derchinger Straße 125, 86165 Augsburg.

Data security

As the security of your data is important to us, we protect our website and other systems with a range of technical and organisational measures to safeguard against loss, destruction, access, modifications or distribution of your data by unauthorised persons. However, despite regular checks it is not possible fully protect against all risks.

Range measurement with Matomo

Within the scope of Matomo's coverage analysis, the following information is collected on the basis of our legitimate interests (i.e. interest in the analysis, optimization and economic operation of our online offer in the sense of Art. 6 Par. 1 lit. f. DSGVO) the following data is processed: the type of browser and browser version you use, the operating system you use, your country of origin, date and time of the server request, the number of visits, your time spent on the website and the external links you have activated. The user's IP address is made anonymous before it is saved.
